1. Cancellations
If you change your mind and wish to return an item for a refund
- You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the items by using the form below.
- Cancelled items must be returned to us with 14 days of informing us or it will be assumed you wish to keep the item and you will lose your right to cancel.
- Cancelled items must be unused and the packaging in a reasonable condition. Deductions may be made if the item has been used or the packaging is in an unreasonable condition.
- You will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the cancelled items. Usually it will be refunded within 4-5 days.
- You will be refunded the cost of the items only, the shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
- We will not refund the shipping costs if the returned items were part of an order with other items which are not being returned.
- You are responsible for the cost of return delivery unless you have received an incorrect item due to an error on our part.
2. Faulty Items
We warrant that all products we sell are as described, and unless otherwise stated, be of a satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
- Faulty items reported within 30 days of receipt may be returned for a full refund including return postage.
- Return postage will not be covered for orders from outside the UK.
- Faulty items reported within 6 months may be returned for for repair or replacement. If we are unable to repair or replace the item, we will refund the order.
- Items suspected to be faulty more than 6 months after purchase may be eligible for a partial refund if returned with a technical report by an agreed third party expert.
